Duties include, but not limited to:
Ø Act as product advisor related to automotive needs & requirements of customer's vehicle
Ø Be able to meet and exceed dealership and corporate targets
Ø Greeting customers in a friendly courteous manner both in person and on the phone
Ø Create and close repair orders
Ø Keep the customer informed on diagnosis of problems and cost of repair(s)
Ø Knowledge of and skill in selling maintenance programs
Ø Monitor repair work to make sure vehicles are ready on time and inform customer of any delays
Ø Process repair order payments
Ø Dealership Service Advisor experience
Ø Knowledge of ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds computer systems
Ø Superior Customer Service Skills
Ø High School diploma
Ø Organizational abilities required
Ø Basic computer skills
