After researching the product of choice, a Genesis sedan, I am a local business man and wanted to buy locally, I was glad I did! A little hesitant at first with what I had read online, but I heard they were under new managment and decided to give them a chance to earn my business. I not only was treated fairly in every aspect, I had a chance to meet the new owner who is taking a leading roll in securing the future success of this company. Hats off to Steve and the staff at Victoria Hyundai for the great deal and service.

I decided on an Elantra because of the recent car of the year award and rented one while I was on holiday last month. I came into the dealership with a specific requirement and in retrospect was a little bullish with my salesperson Devan. He did a good job however and gave me exactly what I wanted. He even provided me with an idea or two that I didn't originally have, which in the long-run is going to make this car work much better for me. I had no intention of buying a Hyundai but after walking into Victoria Hyundai I knew that I was dealing with friendly, caring and honest professionals. I was sold and I'm very happy with the decision I made. My new Hyundai is fantastic and my new friends at Victoria Hyundai are the best! I bought a 2012 Santa Fe from the dealership and picked it up last week. All was cool, the salesperson was good, but yesterday I noticed that it was missing the cable for my iPod. I called today fully expecting to get the run around but much to my surprise, my salesperson immediately agreed that it was an oversight and said that he would get me one. Not only that, he said that he would get one from parts and drop it off at my work. He was there 30-minutes later and came and dropped it off for me. He brought along a note from the manager too, who apologized and set me up with a $50 service credit as a token of appreciation. great service, not just before they get your money! recommend!

Great job Macon (manager) and Jay (Salesman). Everything went really smoothly and the "gong" was a nice touch. I was there for a few hours picking out my new Accent this past Saturday. The salesman even went and got us subway sandwiches because we worked through lunch! This is a busy place, come early :)

Jody and Indy are AWESOME. Having gone in to look at a Sonata Hybrid (which turns out was sold) and to talk to Indy about financing, both understood what we were looking for in a vehicle. Jody showed us a 2011 Elantra which fit with our criteria of having good gas mileage and leg room for a very hard to fit guy. Thank you for making our experience one of enjoyment and ease with none of the pressured sales that one would expect to endure.

"Best Dealership in Victoria BC"
My husband and I just purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Though previously owned, it was new to us! Shawn Sheraton sold us the car and what a great guy. I was a little leary of car salesmen (things you hear and see on TV) but he was down to earth, very approachable and knew his stuff!!! After driving the car for a month, there were a few cigarette burns in the side door panels that were starting to bother us as neither my husband nor I smoke. When I called Shawn and Steve (the dealership owner) about my complaint and asked if there was anything they can do, Steve was more than happy to oblige. He said he'd do anything to ensure we were happy with our new car! I wasn't excpecting alot, afterall, it was previously owned, but he made us a deal we couldn't possibly pass on. We are in the midst of getting it all dealt with and my husband and I couldn't be happier. This dealership is, in my opinion, the best dealership in Victoria. They follow up for weeks after you purchase your car to see how it's running and if you're still happy with it. They don't just sell you a car and never talk to you again. Very, very nice people from the reception desk, sales, service and owner! Thank you!!
Please find this note as a thank-you for your dealership's great help in finalizing my car purchase. I dealt with your salesman Jay and his brother Jody as well as your finance person Indy. They were at all times professional and way better than the others that I met at most dealerships.

After purchasing a brand new Veloster in a city other than Victoria, I had a less than satisfying purchase experience. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed(actually WOW'd is probably better put)with the level of commitment to Customer Satisfaction shown by Victoria Hyundai not even the dealership through which I purchased! It only took expressing my honest disappointment. I can now say I love my new car- it's the smallest amount of care that can bring someone right around in opinion.
Steve at Victoria Hyundai helped restore my experience of this purchase to 5 stars and I look forward to many long years of great Service from both dealerships. THANK YOU !!!

"A Word of Appreciation"
We had a great experience buying our Hyundai Accent, and we're totally delighted with the car. It's particularly pleasing to pull up at the gas pump. We notice the fuel efficiency big time, and spent about $150 less in fuel this first month, mostly driving around town.
The car is a joy to drive. My husband is a tall guy, and he finds it roomy and comfortable to drive.
Our salesperson, Zach Rowand was exceptional. When we came in to Victoria Hyundai we specifically requested that we not be pressured in buying a vehicle. We told him we'd be trying a lot of makes and models, and would want to test drive vehicles several times. Zach was consistently helpful and patient, and respectful of this request. All in all, we took over a month to make the final decision on a make and model, and in the end the Accent was a clear choice.
We are also very grateful to the manager of Victoria Hyundai, Steve Munroe. The first day we owned the Accent, I drove onto a sharp rock while parking. The front bumper cover cracked and the corner popped off. The collision repair company estimated a $980.00 repair job, but Steve had it fixed expertly at no charge to us. Thank you, Steve!

If you are anything like me, you do a lot of research before you buy a car. I have always been a fan of Hyundai (If you haven't heard of them before, it rhymes with Monday, and is the Korean word for "Craftsmanship")
All the guys and gals at Victoria Hyundai made the car buying experience a real gem! I live in Southern Ontario, but I made the trip to BC so I could get some of that service I read about on here... I was NOT disapointed!
As I drove my Accent back thru the praries on my way home, people at gas stations (With an Accent, you won't stop at many!) and restaurants were commenting on the big smile on my face! It all goes back to Victoria Hyundai!
I can't wait until my wife's car needs replacing... I'll be making the trip again! I only wish they had a service dept in this province!

I picked up my Santa Fe from this dealership today, and had a great experience. We even got to "ring the gong" before we left and got a picture taken for what the staff caled good luck. A but corny, but it made us smile. It really is the little things that matter.
They even put balloons on the car when they brought it around for us.
The only reason that I'm rating 4 1/2 stars is because I had to wait for delivery. I guess that's fair though as the car is really popular and not always available right away.
Way to go Victoria Hyundai!
I was in a car accident and my car was written off, so I needed to get a vehicle that I liked and that I could afford. My husband and I looked at several used car places before we came to Victoria Hyundai. We found that we were not pressured to buy a certain type of car. We found one that we liked, took it for a test drive and decided to buy it. We had good service and got the car at a good price. We brought it home, and then it snowed. I do not drive in the snow. So the car sat for a few days. When I decided to take it for a drive, things were not going the way they should, so I called Hyundai and they told me to bring the car in and they repaired it at no charge.
